I would state, developing state of the art methods, executing and maintaining them in an organized fashion, describes my work attitude best. I’m practical oriented, with a strong hands-on mentality leading to educational and accurate results. My special subject areas are Flow Cytometry applications, T-cell Immunology and implementing various cutting edge technologies in complex industry environments. I’m passionate to support and enable co-workers to perform experiments up on their needs, as well as connecting colleagues. Strong teaching and social skills are given by colleagues feedback. My daily motivation is to improve medical treatments by far-sighted thinking and making use of the most economical and educational scientific experiments, in early drug developments.
