Continuation of the design and implementation of a multi-layered information management solution and interactive Dashboards for ENSA. Senior Consultant responsible for data migration in a core system implementation (TIA) for Liberty Insurance.

Design and implementation of interactive Dashboards, with the goal to provide ENSA (Angolan national insurance company) the ability to track the Service Desk response. Design and implementation of a multi-layered information management solution and interactive Dashboards. The objective was to provide ENSA the means to analyze several KPIs regarding their business status (e.g.: claims, production, collections, etc.), based on the core systems information.

The main activities performed during this period were the same as the ones performed at Movensis. Innovation Makers (INM) was created as a spinoff of Movensis and the Unitel reporting project became INM responsibility. After the end of all developments, the main activities were maintenance and the development of new features.

Implementation of an information management solution (Staging Area, Data Warehouse and an interactive Dashboard) for Unitel (leading mobile operator in Angola). The goal was to provide the means to analyze management information based on Ericsson’s Charging System 4.0 (billing system). Implementation of the following components: SA, DW, OBIEE data model, OBIEE presentation layer and Dashboards. The main technologies used were: Database Engine - Oracle Database 11g; ETL - PL/SQL; Dashboards - OBIEE
