Worked on two e-commerce projects to enhance user experience. The first, I conducted interviews, analyzed data with Hotjar and Google Analytics, and created high-fidelity prototypes, leading to a smoother checkout and improved site discovery. The second project involved site restructuring using heuristic analysis and journey mapping. I also created design system documentation and collaborated with development teams to ensure user-informed design decisions, significantly improving the e-commerce experience.

I managed diverse digital projects including websites, marketing campaigns, and app interfaces. I worked with clients, creative teams, and developers to ensure top-quality, timely delivery and developed strategies aligning with client goals. Notably, I created successful campaigns that boosted client engagement and conversions using user-centered design and targeted marketing. I also managed budgets effectively. My role was key to success, delivering user-centric solutions that exceeded client expectations.

I oversaw and managed various digital projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and adherence to branding guidelines. With extensive experience in programming and a keen eye for design, I oversaw the creation of visual assets, including graphics and multimedia content, and ensured that all work was of the highest quality. Leveraging my creativity and technical knowledge, I helped clients achieve their marketing goals and grow their businesses.

Completed an intensive 9-week bootcamp focused on full-stack web development. Built several web apps using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, SQL, and HTML/CSS. Integrated external APIs and worked in Agile teams using Git and GitHub. Led the final project, “s.art”, from concept to MVP.

I completed a postgraduate course in UX Design, which gave me a comprehensive understanding of UX principles and practices, including research, innovation, design systems, UX writing, and digital marketing. The program also provided practical experience in conducting research and using UX design methodologies such as Design Thinking and Agile UX
