Working as a Senior Java Software Engineer in a small team, I can highlight my participation to improve the team’s SCRUM practices, active collaboration with the project's architectural decisions and project requirements refinements. During my daily activities, I am always applying XP techniques to improve the product quality and the team development, with special emphasis on pair-programming sessions, code review practices and user stories analysis and estimation process.

As the technical leader of the team, I introduced the SCRUM practices, the usage of enterprise integration patterns and defined the architectural guide lines to integrate 42 different softwares from the most important public departments into a Citizen Relationship Management system. This project was fundamental to the Rio de Janeiro City Hall to win the Smart City Award in 2013.

Business Intelligence Consultant on Petrobras Department of Oil Prospection. * Provide training in SAP Business Objects Universe Modeling, SAP Business Objects WebIntelligence Report Design and SAP Crystal XCelsius Design for consultants teams. * Definition and enforcement of architectural standards and guide lines for Business Intelligence solutions which use SAP Business Objects Platform. * Requirements gathering and development for several projects using SAP Business Objects Platform.

Working as a Senior Java Software Engineer as an outsourced software engineer to Petrobras, developing web applications for several departments. In 2013, as the technical leader of a small development team, I received the most innovative project award for a project, which main purpose was integrate different HR data sources and expose it in a rich interactive dashboard using SAP Dashboard Design. This same project was presented during the Sao Paulo SAP Forum as a case of success.
