1st level accountable, reporting directly to Powertrain Director at Centro Ricerche FIAT. Management of the department (15 headcounts) in charge of base engine development and calibration (dyno / vehicle) within both preliminary and production approved gasoline engine projects. Responsible for budget definition / controlling (up to 10 Mio€/yr.) and resources administration (performance target setting assignments and evaluation, personal development plans, …) Involved in the product innovation process

Complete management of advanced gasoline engine development projects (featuring innovation contents as flexible valve control system, direct injection, turbo charging,..) through different company regions. Direct coordination of the defined team members coming from the different technical areas and departments (i.e. design, CAE analysis 1D, CFD-3D, FE, NVH and testing). Direct responsible for budget definition and control (~1-3 Mio€/yr)

More than 10 years of experience in the Gasoline Engine Testing Area, with particular focus on the base engine development and dyno steady state calibration on different engines (featuring Multi-Air, Direct Injection and Turbocharging technologies)
