- Business Development - Management of the agent network (visit, technical support, tenders, offers...) - Identification of new agents - Company presentation (administrative and technical) to customers, quality survey - Identification of new railway projects - Project monitoring in the countries where I'm in charge. - Development of the marketing and communication tools (website, brochures, data-sheet, catalog, exhibitions...

- Link between local and general management - Daily communication between the different entities to ensure the good exchange of the data - Data analysis according the project - Consistency test on the different data base - Reporting on the activity - Participation in various focus groups and working on the development of customer segmentation - Optimization and improvement of the data management and business information
