Production Planner in Supply Chain (MIP - Politecnico di Milano STAGE). On the basis of demand forecasts provided by the marketing, I had the responsibility to run production and inventory planning for some product families of the Nestlé portfolio. I applied methodologies and used production scheduling tools to keep at the right level inventories reducing costs and avoiding stock-out conditions.
