Deputy to the WTG Package Manager for the Veja Mate project. Leading the WTG Package Team for Design and Production.

Rotor/Nacelle - Design and Production of 67 x SWT-6.0-154 for the Veja Mate Offshore Windfarm. Leading the engineering team on project specific solutions. Schedule & Budget responsibility.

Responsible for the technical management of customer/project and internal engineering interfaces of two Offshore Wind Projects in the German North Sea and Netherland.

Responsible for Transport and Installation of 80 rotor stars (Areva M5000 - 5 MW). Interfacing with WTG production, quality, commissioning and operations and claim mgt. Establish and maintain project planning, management reporting, interfacing with all sub-projects, scenario analysis, production monitoring for offshore foundations and WTGs, Installation scenario planning. Project planner representative at site office in Bremerhaven.

Responsible for Project-manager assistance, coordinating development teams & follow-up of progress, project controlling and reporting, time and resource scheduling.

- Student Trainee (1 year): Supporting Shell Bitumen department with focus on marketing and disposition. - International Marine Account Manager (1 year): Responsible for 20 customers (~8,5 M$ turnover); cross&up selling, contract negotiation, overall customer care. - Work-Study Program (3 years): Working in Marketing, HR, Refinery, Lubricants, Shell Ireland (PM)
