Andreas Koller

As the owner of RepairWorks, I oversee the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. My responsibilities include managing customer relationships, coordinating repair and service projects, developing new business opportunities, and optimizing internal processes. I also handle financial planning, supplier coordination, marketing activities, and team management, while continuously identifying ways to improve efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.

As the owner, I was responsible for the overall management and development of the company. My role included handling daily operations, managing customer relationships, coordinating projects, developing business opportunities, overseeing finances and suppliers, and improving internal processes. I was also responsible for strategic decisions and ensuring high-quality service. Unfortunately, despite our efforts and business activities, the company eventually became insolvent and had to cease operations.
