MITA provides much needed capital to young companies in Mexico and the US, through new sources of capital skilled at investing in technology, together with active mentorship. Sourced and executed venture capital investments. Managed portfolio of 12 companies, sourcing and valuating deals, performing due diligence reviews, drafting term sheets, and negotiating Series B and later transactions valued at $3M–$5M each.

Analyzed economic trends and financial markets through development of complex financial models. Conducted due diligence financial reviews to valuate corporations and M&A opportunities. Coordinated client presentations. Oversaw team of 4 in valuation of 10 entities for client divestiture with combined value exceeding $2B.

Performed comprehensive financial analysis and modeling, assisting teams in business development, structured finance, and private equity placements. Prepared and delivered presentations to key client stakeholders. Crafted high-profile investment studies, including for $400M international M&A opportunity and power plant acquisition in Hungary.
