- Leading a department consisting of nine data maintenance and production teams as well as three software production units. - Collaboration and coordination between locations and across product lines in Zurich, Frankfurt and Gdansk - Optimizing team structure and processes to increase efficiency, quality and employee satisfaction.

- Leading and steering multicultural team for initialization and revision of terminal charts, GEN part, landing and takeoff minima as well as aeronautical text information, - Initiating and leading projects for adapting data changes triggered by authorities e.g. from to JAR-Ops to EU-Ops and EU-Ops to EASA-Ops - Sponsoring numerous internal software projects, with the goal to increase efficiency and save cost. - Close inter-departmental collaboration with product development and IT services.

- Leading and steering the initialization of charts for the Lido Route Manual which also includes procedure text for standard instrument departures as well as landing and takeoff weather minima. - Performing and supervising the electronic data delivery for the Lido eRoute Manual to customers. - Coordinating production tasks across locations (Singapore, Gdansk) - Assisting customer implementation projects of new customer acquisitions
