In charge of strategic market planning, business development, sales forecasting, local customer events, account relationship management, and staff hiring/training. Manage a 15-person staff; took over additional assignment as Head of Process Sales for Technical & Industrial Yarns in September 2005 until December 2006. Oversaw a 10-person worldwide sales team.

Essential duties encompassed strategic planning, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controlling, cash management, treasury, tax, legal, trade finance, contract risk management, and audits; additionally, established appropriate IT protocols through building the IT department and updating the IT environment. Recruited, trained, and conducted performance analyses of a seven-person finance/IT team. Represented the subsidiary’s General Manager.

Began as Financial Controller at this Swiss MNC comprising two divisions (textile machinery and components for the automotive industry). Managed financial reporting, general accounting, cost accounting, and payroll for the Spare Parts Business Unit. Reported directly to the Head of the Business Unit; additionally, quickly took over the financial responsibility for the company’s subsidiary in Macclesfield, U.K., as an additional assignment. Supervised a two-person staff in England and France.
