As Group CFO at Trafag, a global Swiss high-tech company, I report directly to the CEO and lead the global finance organization. I am responsible for strategic oversight of all financial activities, including international tax systems, financial planning and analysis, and risk management. I drive operational excellence, develop global finance talent, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
