IT-Infrastrukturtests (Kommunikation zwischen Front End und Back End). Mitarbeit bei den Bundesforschungsprojekten MeRegio und MeRegio Mobil (www.MeRegio.de). Test von Ladesäulen Hardware und Software (RFID-Authentifizierung, SSL Vehicle Communication).

Cost optimization Back End test. Global coordinator of all test time reduction activities for component & module production. Responsible for cost optimization and per-bit cost reduction, by reducing time required for test over product lifetime, increasing parallelism of installed systems, etc. Owner of key test time reduction and test program release worldwide business processes. Organizer of fail collection process to analyze potential escapes and drive test time reduction steps.

Test and characterize advanced DRAM devices. Identify design marginalities of new DRAM devices (SDR, DDR, DDR2) using state of the art test systems and tools (Logic Analyzer, ATE Advantest). Analyze fails and provide test coverage in order to enable product qualification. Analyze DIMM performance and customer fails on Advantest.

Lead engineer of a team of 7 engineers. The group was responsible to provide production sites in Germany, USA, Malaysia and China with test programs for standard and customized module application and ATE Advantest test programs and support production in all matters regarding module test.
