I am currently working with projects which aim at facilitating the processes of opening bank accounts in a harmonized way cross-country. I realize presentations and I work with various reports concerning the CEE E2E Collaboration, CEE Customer Experience & CEE Best Practice Sharing.

OMV represented an amazing experience which allowed me to apply my theoretical knowledge and gain practical experience within a team of international experts. I have provided support in various cases/processes/projects, while regularly briefing colleagues on the development which has been made. Furthermore, I have played a significant role in a global project, being responsible for the expatriation processes of numerous colleagues.

I had the great opportunity to network with leadership trainers and participate in various learning sessions. As part of my role, I have collaborated with the supervisor and implemented the critiques and suggestions to become more productive and efficient. I was responsible with researching best practices, latest publications, studies and other literature in the leadership area as well as in psychology or sociology fields and develop ideas on how to improve the company’s current practices.

My mission was to process operations related to garnishments; to provide support and consultancy for colleagues from other departments and branch offices in accordance with the internal procedures and the legislation in force; cooperate with them in order to improve procedures, workflows, information systems, in accordance with the responsibilities of the job; to prevent the Bank's involvement in litigation of any nature, by respecting the legal terms mentioned in the notices of garnishment.

As an Intern I had to assist the bank administration in its operational activity and support with the day-to-day execution by fulfilling any ad-hoc analytical requests and requirements, as needed. It was fundamental to ensure that banking administrative issues are timely, accurate, properly authorized and executed in accordance with the department’s service level agreement. In addition, I acquired knowledge on how different structures inside various organizations function.

This program gave me a chance to live in the United States and immerse myself in its diverse culture, venture out, explore, develop an international mindset and value the work with other backgrounds and cultures. I have worked as a server and hotel receptionist.
