• Business Segment analysis and business/competence line support for monitoring; • Data management and analysis; • Monitor and analyze monthly operating results and compare them with the budget including KPI; • Monitor other administrative expenses and investment including specific projects and relation with GBS CEE • Intermediary role between Group, CEE sub-holding competence lines and CEE countries

• Monitoring of IFRS/FINREP consolidation perimeter in a dedicated Consolidation assessment tool; • Coordination and preparation of IFRS/FINREP monthly reporting in line with Group accounting policies; • Control and plausibility review of monthly developments; • Trend analysis of Notes to Financial statements and FINREP; • Communication with and support of subsidiaries, external and internal stakeholders.

• Negotiation regarding FX trades and hedging instruments with UniCredit Corporate Clients in Serbia and execution of Clients’ trades; • Playing an advisory role to clients and RMs on corporate financial risk management topics, providing specialized product assistance; • Regular and tailor-made analysis and forecasts regarding FX revenues, budget fulfillment and implementation of agreed strategies on different Clients and CIB segments.

• Managing trading department for securities trading on the Belgrade Stock Exchange; Placing of clients’ orders; Providing corporate services for listed companies; Analyzing of companies and industry sectors • Consulting activities – market research, finding and contacting potential buyers and/or sellers, the drafting of the supporting documents and papers • Providing a variety of consulting, advisory and other services to companies within the business system which Athena Capital a.d. is a member

• Working with clients – placing of orders, conclusion of contracts, etc; Data input in back-office software; Conducting analyses of companies and sectors • Writing articles, commentaries and analysis for daily newspapers, news agencies and Internet portals
