I was responsible for conducting business analysis activities in 6 major projects implemented in Oil&Gas industry. I designed To Be business solution in 4 critical areas: - sales order processing - fleet services management - credit and collection processes - offset payment process. I facilitated software development activities focused on integrating multiplatform and multivendor technology environments (applications: Siebel CRM, Oracle EBS, Oil&Gas retail solution software).

Responsibilities - Develop project documentation - Support Senior Consultants in all facets related to tracking, processing, quality assurance, analysis and management of the client data - Support the development of consulting proposals - Participate in making the appropriate recommendations for the client, on project design tasks

I was part of the team who conducted the market research and who elaborated and implemented the marketing project destined to promote the educational offer of Ecole Grandjean in Easten European Countries. The main activities I was involved in were: creating and managing the database of future prospects and partners (high schools and universities with french- based language programs, located in Eastern European Contries), elaborating promotional materials in digital format.
