- Coordinating software development activities for Diesel injection systems; - Managing of international cross-functional teams including ECU HW pilots, ECU SW calibration specialists, engine tuning specialists, OBD specialists, certification pilots, safety specialists, specification specialists, etc. - Cooperation with international partners (Delphi / Bosch) and Renault production plants;

In order to manage the calibration process of Diesel engines, my responsibilities include: - delivering of calibrations for new software; - manage, organize and administrate the labels repartition by tuners; - calibrate the synthesis labels, regarding the engine and powertrain configuration; - planning of tuning sessions and reviews of them; - manage and administrate calibrations data in INCA and CRETA; - validate the calibrated software using vehicle on track or HIL bench at each milestone;

Very active member of the research team of the project “Innovative Hybrid (thermal-electric) Propulsion System for Automobiles”, finalized with a real parallel hybrid vehicle used for research activities and validations and, also, with more calibrated AmeSim mathematical models for many hybrid powertrain architectures.

- Coach students and teach how to design, repair and maintain vehicles, engines and transmissions, using the most modern tools and methods; - Mentoring for the proper completion and presentation of Diploma Project for the top students of each academic year; - Evaluate the laboratory and projects activities of students.

Thesis Title: Investigation of architectures and control strategies of hybrid propulsion systems for motor-vehicles. - Modeling and simulation for hybrid propulsion systems; - For validation of simulation results, a hybrid car was developed and then used for experimental tests.

Thesis title: Evaluation of hybrid transmissions by simulation with AMESim Trends in the Automobiles Design, Active and Passive Safety of Motor-Vehicles, Traffic Safety and - Automatic Control, Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, Motor-Vehicle Systems Automatic Control, Alternative Fuels.
