Established and managed VR entertainment business. Expanded and grew business to 3 VR arenas, managed up to 15 part-time workers.

• Assisting a senior project manager in large size cross-border projects (Product portfolio extension and strategic product/platform development in Europe and Latin America) in a highly regulated FinTech environment. • Leading internal IT audit project. Created a process and improved communication between departments leading to 30% faster resolution of open tickets and decrease of the total number of all IT issues.

I was one of 3 HQ Graduates that was chosen for the 4Finance Graduate Program. The rotation program consists of 3 different departments during the year (Project management office, Operation department, Business support department). Placement in Project management department was extended for an additional month to finish the project. After completion got an offer to stay in the PMO department.
