As business process owner for the procure to pay function I was responsible for sponsoring enhancements within our ERP to drive compliance and efficiency in our internal processes. I was also responsible for spearheading the implementation of 3 th party applications such as Basware in order to increase higher automation levels for the account payables process. I was also responsible for deploying new catalogues to our Ariba system.

Euroservices Bayer is a company that provides accounting services and technology solution to other entities of the Bayer Holding. I was the Accounts Payables Clerk responsible for Bayer Cropscience Canada where my main responsabilities were: o Processed accounts payable invoices such as third party, utility, property tax and statutory remittances (GST, PST) in accordance with approved purchase order agreements o Resolved invoice and purchase order discrepancies to ensure quantity and pricing accuracy.

I worked in the Reconciliation-Payments Department at ACS, company that provides outsourcing solutions in accounting to companies such as General Motors. My responsabilities were the monthly reconciliation of the AP transitory accounts of Opel, checking the accuracy of the bank statements and booking treasury operations such as Intercompany transfers and cashpools.
