Took charge of three departments, were I developed major changes in operations: Customer Support, Internal Support and IT Research and Development: Brought new technological alliances on-board. The company needed to expand its market; it was the task of R&D to research global companies who to also expand to Central America. A due diligence process was implemented, to help us analyze if the alliance could bring revenue to Grupo ASICA. For this several types of research were conducted.

First line of defence against cyberattacks. Protect companies’ assets from any information security events that could risk the integrity and confidentiality of data.

Network and Security Manager of the Networking, IT-Security and Reporting teams in charge implementing, and supporting the electoral ballots transmission channels.
