Founder/Owner and consultant to the company. Responsible for advising clients on environmental compliance issues in the treatment of both solid and liquid (sewage) wastes and potable water supply. Development of Emergency Plans, Waste Management Plans and Waste Water Operational Reports. Design and construction of minor works.

Project Management: tender process coordination of major projects. Execution and revision of construction materials lab tests. Design of infrastructure and pluvial water control systems (retention lagoons and open channels). Cost control, payment control and work progress control (chronograms). Project Management: budgeting, quotation and purchase of construction materials, as well as building site and personnel inspection. Inspection, evaluation and diagnosis of the operation and efficiency of anaerobic and aerobic waste water treatment plants, and make recommendations concerning their operation, in order to improve their performance. Compose operational reports based on evaluations (technical visits) performed on the wastewater treatment plants of our customers. Sampling and analysis of waste water and drinking water.

Engineer in charge (including inspection work, and construction progress reports) of large scale aerobic wastewater treatment plants in the Dominican Republic, as well as in various projects nationally. Evaluation and diagnosis of the condition, performance and efficiency of aerobic and anaerobic wastewater treatment plants. Make recommendations concerning the operation of the plants in order to improve their performance. Draft operational reports.
