Intending to disrupt the incumbent for Self-Assessment Tax in the USA, a VC-funded Fintech start-up assigned HMSD to build a full MVP. Starting with their initial market analysis and question flows: • I collaborated with the Product Owner/Service Owner to define the definition of done including, Product Vision, KPIs and Outcomes for the MVP. • I led an emergent Agile approach for the first sprint, then agreed on Sprint Goals for the remaining timeboxes. • We delivered the MVP on time and within budget.

With the goal of transparency and cost savings for housing management, Network Homes created an Omnichannel MS Dynamics CRM solution. - Focus on removing knowledge silos within the team and the organization - Scrum Transformation prioritizing Continuous Integration to maximize the Value Stream. - After gaining trust, we added 5 products including e-Tenancy, a KPI driven MVP simplifying onboarding new residents from an average 1 week to 1 day

Responsible for the Validation suite of Mobile apps and IoT bespoke hardware products as part of Justride. Using a SAAS model for Product Development, we scaled the products from the Pioneer to the Settlers lifecycle stages. Achievements: Rapid development of MVP for initial products Product scaling using both extensive feedback from conductors and data analytics. Creation of white label products for entire Justride suite Successful Rollout of products to 10 transit agencies in USA, UK and Australia
