Key Responsibilities: • Proactively identify, engage, qualify and develop candidates to ensure the right candidate is hired into the right role. • Support hiring managers in terms of identifying appropriate recruitment strategies for open vacancies • Managing the end to end recruitment process and to make recommendations to drive decision making during the recruitment process.

• Drive the recruiting process (including full lifecycle) and maintain all candidate tracking data • Communicate on status updates for all openings among all key stakeholders including: Internal Hiring Managers/clients, candidates, internal HR, external partners/agencies • Mentor and manage the recruitment team to ensure that the team follows company policy and procedures • Participate in candidate interviews via telephone or face to face sessions
