Pontoon Solutions are the RPO provider for Ericsson across the globe, forming part of our diverse portfolio of clients. My role was to engage with Talent on behalf of Ericsson across the globe, finding the people we need to build the Networked Society.

I work as a Senior Consultant with Cielo Search Solutions, providing Search methodology to senior and niche roles within Cielo's portfolio of blue chip clients.

My Role is to provide recruitment support for DJO Global Internationally, covering Medical Devices specialist areas and more general recruitment needs. This support covers sourcing, interview advise, onboarding and all related areas.

I joined Cielo as a part of their Seach Solutions team, providing executive search support for our clients. This entailed finding high level and niche skilled individuals. I then supported Smiths exclusively as a Senior Recruitment Advisor, working across EMEA supporting all the Smiths divisions.
