Accomplishments • Thales North America - Trainer of the Year in 2018; • Acting HSE Manager on Doha Metro project for 4 months in which I oversaw a ramp up of 2000 workers and an addition of 32 subcontractors onsite without recording LTI events; • Managing multi-million dollar budget on bids and projects ; • Advising and acting on behalf of Thales Senior Management on critical matters;

Achievements: • Implementing a Behaviour Based Safety program that helped in reducing 47 % of the reportable accidents in Morocco; • Runner-Up BESIX HSE Chairman’s Award (2013); • Setting up and implementing the HSE Management system in Poland; • Leading the construction team to achieve 24 % improvement in reportable KPI in Montenegro; • Tendering and prequalifying BESIX HSE for EPC projects in Canada, Mozambique, and Cameroon.

Achievements: • Nomination to ADNOC HSE Awards in 2010 and 2011; • Achieving 2 million safe man hours on the Shah Gas Development Program • Participated in getting HSE MS ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certification for AlJaber. • Developing and implementing a project HSE MS, plans and procedure from scratch on an Oil and Gas Project; • Managing a project with excess of 1700 employees, 700 pieces of equipment and a team of 30 HSE staff.
