I set up a business during the placement period of my Degree. The company was established to provide local property maintenance services. All work was outsourced to local contractors and I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company which included marketing, budgeting, acounts, sales, bookings, allocation of resources and manpower, project management, staffing and equipment etc.
