Design concepts and create functional prototypes of next-generation products for interior lighting, HMI, OHC, and control modules. Work directly with Electrical, Software, Hardware, Test, and Manufacturing teams to create products that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Worked directly with customer engineering and sales teams to develop solutions for US, Chinese, and European OEMs. I reviewed technical requirements and coordinated efforts with Neapco's Core engineering team to develop proposals using existing and new products and technologies. As a lead for proposals, I planned and managed all program costs, compiled technical presentations, and organized prototype build initiatives.
