We find the right solutions with lean experiments and testing. • Integrated a new ordering and billing solution with Chargebee and a checkout re-design to enable our customers to have a fast, flexible and flawless buying experience

• Me and my team worked on a re-platforming, a re-design and new payment flows with Byjuno and Datatrans to enable siroop to deliver value to our customers faster and offer a great buyer experience; At the same time pioneered with introducing agile product development methods in the company with CI/CD, Scrum and Kanban elements, and a Lean way of feature development • Improved the checkout funnel with A/B testing
