Regional buyer working in Instrument Panel, Door team, Floor console, Decor and Garnish team at GM Europe organization. Develop and execute business plan to meet business priorities. Apply appropriate tools to meet objectives, benchmarking, global competitive sourcing, supplier negotiations, workshops, value chain analysis, part/system commonization. Sourcing/negotiations, regional budget execution and interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Utilize GM Buyer Tool box for strategy: Benchmarking/Teardown, Supplier Footprint Optimization, Top supplier strategy, Value Chain strategy, Technical Cost reduction, Business cases completion for localized projects for GM Russia. Leading of supplier audits, cost reduction workshops, best practices implementation across the suppliers. Issue and sign paper contract, source on time.

Responsible for purchase of productive parts and tooling for the JV GM-AVTOVAZ. Current projects: Chevrolet Niva and face lift versions. Price negotiation on price increase requests, parts re-sourcing, engineering change management.  Leading of supplier audits, cost reduction workshops, best practices implementation across the suppliers. Issue and sign paper contract in accordance with GM-AVTOVAZ Terms and Conditions and Russian law requirements, source on time.

Responsible for purchase of indirect services, spare parts and accessories for General Motors-Avtovaz Join Venture and current vehicle. Procuring spare parts and accessories for General Motors - AVTOVAZ company (OE / production parts, run-out parts, service components, accessories). Sourcing for new accessories for General Motors - AVTOVAZ vehicles, presenting of sourcing results to Sourcing Table committee. Negotiations of price increase requests for new services and equipment, logistic providers.

Production Planning Engineer working in SAP MRP system, Manufacturing department.  Preparation of purchase requisitions for direct materials (current production parts) and parts are to be ordered for new projects. Coordination of Material Requirements Planning process, ordering process.  Dealing with suppliers on materials availability issues (Russian & foreign suppliers)
