My role objective is to help, coach and mentor teams and individuals to support teams to achieve their goals by understanding and applying Agile and Lean values and practices, Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), to adopt modern development processes and tools, constantly improve them to provide our Customers with creative and flexible approaches and solutions.

- Agile Program management setup on several sites (Ukraine, Belgium, Malaysia) - Delivery program management (8 distributed project teams, 70+ FTE) - Hiring and People Management (adaptation, retention, succession planning, etc.) - Projects budget planning and execution, forecasting - Risk management, status reporting - Coaching and mentoring for team members

Actively participated in pre-sale activities. Successfully delivered 45+ different scale business systems projects within project performance indicators. Led multidisciplinary projects with 20 employees. Drive cross-sell and up-sell revenue from tiered service offerings, extended product usage and project engagements.

Worked as a main point of contact for customers’ needs and requirements. Developed user-stories, organised review and approval process Managed analysts team through full project life cycle. Maintained and distributed updates to key documents, including business and technical requirements and training guides.

Produced requirements specification, wrote detailed functional test plans, created scripts for training all internal users and support personnel for ERP software implementation projects.

Conducted a project on manufacturing company planning/reporting and predictive analytics systems and implemented the diploma project in production.
