• Managed work of 8 distributed Development Centers operations. Started and established operations in 4 of new greenfield Development Centers, 2 of them abroad. • Performed company diversification strategy and business case modeling for international expansion. • Established and managed relationship with M&A Advisors to support company strategy for unnatural growth. • Managed relationship with acquisition targets and led valuation process. Completed acquisition and integration of one of the targets.

• Supervised work of the Delivery Group with the total workforce of about 700 employees distributes across 6 locations in Ukraine. Developed the group from $11M to $30M revenue run rate. • Managed restructuring of Delivery Group to improve workforce utilization. Established Business Units in remote development center to improve local leadership and stimulate growth. • Participated in development and executed strategic plans for over 30 accounts served by Delivery Group.

• Directed work of the team of more than a 100 employees from different business units performing projects for one client under single program. • Responsible for SDLC of multiple unrelated product lines as well as supporting activities like financial analysis, pricing, billing and accounts receivable, and managing customer relations. • Grew revenue run rate from $2M to $4M with only 50% staff increase primarily by improving team efficiency and by providing higher value services

• Supervised number of internal divisions and initiatives for the company including Process Group, Internal Audit, Project Management Competence Group, Internal Tools team. • Defined and implemented standardized SDLC process that incorporates best practices of the numerous projects performed by the organization and assured the overall quality of the developed software products. • Led the company to successful CMMI L3 appraisal and coordinated preparation work for the higher level appraisals.

• Managed the team of 40 offshore and onshore developers, project managers and analysts located in different time zones. • Defined and implemented product releases lifecycle process adopted for frequent updates to the ASP product, lowering regression defects injection at the same time. • Established QC and Creative departments in Philippines and offshore captive center in Sevastopol, Ukraine • Managed productions support team maintaining the product requiring 24/7 availability.
