• Supervised number of internal divisions and initiatives for the company including Process Group, Internal Audit, Project Management Competence Group, Internal Tools team. • Defined and implemented standardized SDLC process that incorporates best practices of the numerous projects performed by the organization and assured the overall quality of the developed software products. • Led the company to successful CMMI L3 appraisal and coordinated preparation work for the higher level appraisals.
