Responsible for all senior grade positions from all departments (generalist role with focus on Senior Professionals until Senior Directors). Together with internal HR responsible for end-to-end recruitment with current focus on managing the vacancies from begin to end, search and first selection and presenting shortlist candidates to hiring managers. Meeting or exceeding KPI`s between Grünenthal and Korn Ferry. All regular and forthcoming tasks and responsibilities.
