Main duties include: Creation of non-technical aspects of submission material; Coordination of bid writing process; Responsibility for the collation and submission of tender documentation in line with client's instructions; Supporting Bid Managers, Planners, Estimators etc. in delivering quality submissions to clients.

Responsibility for lead generation, proposal and PQQ submissions. Developing business by attending conferences/exhibitions. Maintaining relationships with existing clients. Travelling across the world to attend meetings with prospective suppliers.

Manager of Solar PV company, DarkStar's sales team (DarkStar, part of the Spencer Group). Created all processes and computer programs related to the sales process and managed the sales team and processes on a day to day basis.

Vocational trainee work involved working in various positions within Scottish Power over summer breaks from University in order to gain a deeper understanding of the electrical power industry.

Vocational Trainee with Scottish Power, Power Systems as part of the Year in Industry scheme. I worked predominately in the distribution department over two projects, 'Urban Automation Scheme' and 'Test Prod Design'. My work in the latter scheme gained recognition at the Scottish Year in Industry Contribution to Business Awards 2004.
