As Head of Product, I hold end-to-end responsibility for the company’s product portfolio and long-term product strategy. I define product vision, multi-year roadmaps, and platform requirements while aligning engineering, regulatory, clinical, and executive stakeholders around clearly prioritized strategic objectives. Acting as the primary interface to customers, key opinion leaders, and external partners, I translate clinical and market insights into scalable, future-ready product solutions.

I built and led the Application Management organization of a novel robotic surgery platform. I contributed at the clinical and application roadmap and played a central role in translating surgeon and OR feedback into structured product requirements. I helped to build and implemented a scalable surgeon training and onboarding to ensure safe and efficient adoption. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Regulatory teams, I supported testing, validation, and clinical verification processes.
