Responsibility for: Controlling, Accounting, Cash Flow, IT, Process Organization, Insurance, Legal, Facility Management, Car Park Management • 25+ employees in 5 Departments • Reporting to the Country Manager

Coordinating the project activities in 3 countries within restructuring and optimization project “Praktiker 2013”: • setting up the specific project structure in the countries including project and subproject groups • kick-off and regular status/ working meetings with the management/ project groups • preparation, implementation and tracking of measures for cost/profit optimization • Supervising up to 25+ Groups in 9 Projects • Reporting to the Central PMO, to the Country Management

Managing the activities in following areas: • producing the standard package for internal management reporting (local/ group) • monitoring the company performance (KPI), analysis and comment • simulating future scenarios and making recommendations cost/profit optimization, marketing activities, inventories and assortment decisions • coordinating the Budget/ Forecast process • preparing investment decisions • Managing a team of 5 employees • Reporting to the Finance and Administration Director
