Serve as the liaison between school administration and the external accounting service company in Munich. Prepare customer invoices and travel expenses and payroll accounting. Control vendor payments. Provide documentation regarding credit card transactions and petty cash. Support to teachers, parents and students and administration.

To complete Analysis Statements and post bank transactions. To reconcile the Balances of Treasury accounts in SAP with the Balances of the corresponding Bank accounts. To revise and sent the weekly Forecast. Business Process Coordinator for the GL Department for Global Mail, within Intercompany, Fixed Assets and Treasury processes to ensure achievement of the KPIs. Responsible for Monthly Closing Activities, including coordination with other process departments.

To verify balances at the end of the month and resolve any discrepancies. To solve CREST imbalances and completed the CREST Imbalance Report. To prepared invoices and monthly account statements for international non-third party transactions and entered invoices for the corresponding entities in the SAP system. In addition I have prepared Intercompany Direct Invoicing statements to be deducted directly from the In-House Bank accounts and updated the Front Office Receivables Aging worksheet.

• Sent and received account statements from partner companies around the world. • Generated monthly payment reports from each of these partners, requested copies of pending invoices and assured their approval. • Required constant communication with partners regarding disputes and/or problems with invoices.
