• Supply Planning and creation of monthly forecasts of a defined product portfolio of finished goods in collaboration with external contract manufacturers • Coordination of stock inventory and order quantities to ensure supply, avoid overstocks and shortages • Determination of material requirements • Procurement of finished goods to ensure market supply • Correspondence with national and international suppliers, regular exchange with local stakeholders and in the intercompany area

• Maintaining production-relevant master data • Project collaboration in the packaging material changeover to reduce complexity of packaging resulting in increasing the production efficiency • Preparation and execution of internal trainings of employees as well as working students during onboarding process on the subject of master data • Documentation of work processes

• Managing an autonomous project to optimise the processes of the patient transport service • Supporting order picking activities for internal supply of hospital wards and assistance in preparation of annual inventories in the central warehouse
