Project: Techno-Economic evaluation of reactor concepts for a Power to Gas process chain in Netherlands. Highlights:  Investigate the feasibility of bio-methanisation in terms of economy, energy efficiency and greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction. Software used : Simapro LCA, MS-Office Excel, Aspen Plus

 Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.  Participate in all ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949 activities such as PFMEA and APQP incentives and facilitates all cross-functional reviews.  Support projects and submit reports to upper management and business units.

Designing process (PFC, PFMEA, Process parameter) and making line specification. Formulating & floating inquiry, making the quote negotiation and finalizing the equipments. Machine/ line Design approval, Regular coordination with supplier for line building within time period. Validating Assembly Lines at supplier end, Installing of line and machine qualification in plant. Following TPM activity and lean investment methodology.

To perform Value Engineering of the product 'High Speed Stationary Rotary joint' used in paper industry, tear down analysis with CATIA V5.
