Executed 2D/3D modelling, surfacing, assembly integration, and clash detection using CATIA V5/V6, DMA, and PLM systems. Resolved Taipei Metro door pillar lock clashes through kinematic analysis and redesign with reinforcements. Closed a 15 mm tolerance gap in Perth Metro by redesigning SMC door pillars. Managed CRs during PDR, coordinated design-to-drawing updates, developed modular ceiling R&D concepts, and supported DMA-to-PLM migration and validation.

Analysed and resolved structural concession requests for Airbus A320 fuselage components per SRM and airworthiness standards. Performed damage assessments and repair justifications using CATIA V5 and Airbus toolsets. Prepared CRs, NCRs, repair sketches, TNs, and approval documentation. Supported SAP concession tracking, disposition decisions, root-cause analysis (8D/5 Whys), and cross-functional coordination with Design, Stress, Quality, and Production teams.
