- Solving Severity - 1 issues with Root Cause Analysis, Manage Service Requests raised with webMethods, Identify the re-occurring problems and solve them, Perform the health check of the system. - Understanding the scenario and then going for Interface Analysis, performed unit and Interface testing. - As a developer involved in the Migration project from eGate to SAP PI, created Specifications including validation/creation of mapping sheet by reverse engineering process.
