Gather insights from healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders to understand their needs, behaviour, and pain points. Perform usability tests on designs and prototypes to evaluate their effectiveness and gather feedback. Create intuitive user interfaces and experiences for applications, websites, or devices, ensuring they meet the needs of users in a healthcare context. Develop clear information structure to help users navigate complex data such as medical information and dosage guidelines. 

Working closely with technical lead and product owner in creating end-to-end experiences for users to ensure a seamless experience within the company's Mass Customisation Platform. Being self-motivated with a strong grasp and demonstrated experience in Interaction Design and User research I used to advocate the team and stakeholders with the end products mock-ups which are easy to develop elegant and effective solutions.

Working with product Owners to combine business insights, research and feedback to develop user scenarios, use cases and high-level requirements for company projects. Used to design consistent and adaptable platform-based approach to user experience with a technology driven and Software as a Service (Saas) based environment.

Apply design thinking and manage the end-to-end user experience of my projects by working closely with tech lead, product owner and other UX designers. Contribute to and collaborate on our shared component and Interaction Pattern Library to keep our product experiences cohesive and unified. Ensure that research and usability testing are included with the design process where appropriate, leveraging learning gained to improve the quality of designs.

Creating digital products and usable experiences, starting with defining the problems of real people and thinking about their possible solutions. Expertise in design interactions as well as in detailing the visual aspects.

Assist in Adherence to allocated marketing events and PR budget to be in the allocated budget by marketing manager. Effective utilization of digital marketing and website development / online portals/ social media.
