Storage and Server implementation and support engineer

Technical Consultant for Nokia as a Server & NAS/ SAN Infrastructure. Worked together with other teams to win a big infrastructure deal. Mange design and implementation for new projects and also work as a last level of support for the Storage team for solving technical issues. Fine tuning the storage devices for better performance with increasing load. Plan Infrastructure road map for the coming year including planning, design, and costing.

Worked with Different clients in the UK, Europe and India as a storage specialist H3G (Three Mobile, UK) Cable & Wireless UK Shell Petroleum EMC Main responsibilities included administration and implementation of SAN/ NAS infrastructure.

Supporting Back End Servers. Worked on Lotus notes. • Administration and Management, RSA Server Administration. • Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of Domain Controller and Additional domain controllers. • Installation and troubleshooting of Windows.. • Maintaining servers. • Finding vulnerable areas of servers and giving cost effective solutions. • Maintain central database of hardware & software inventory, deploying software’s / security patches etc.

Worked with Hewlett Packard Corporation till December as an Technical Support Engineer. Primary responsibilities include support of Microsoft servers OS.
