My main roles include developing and maintaining the Management of Change procedure for the scheme to ensure that engineering due diligence is practiced for all activities. I am responsible for verifying and coordinating the engineering risk for all changes, conducting risk assessment and HAZOP Study. I am also involved in facilitating updates to the controlled documentation and providing Management of Change training to all relevant members.

The role includes asset management and project delivery of the inspection and cleaning of gravity sewer network. As the project engineer, I was also responsible for quality assurance, financial review, stakeholder liaison, and management of sub-contractors.

· Support in writing proposals for large clients including budget review · Process engineering, storage tank design, pressure and safety vent design and HAZOP study in fuel terminal and storage · PFD development and P&ID review and verification · Process modelling and optimisation for chemical dosing and water and wastewater treatment plant · Strategic planning for wastewater and recycled water systems · Asset management of Water and Waste Water infrastructure · Mentoring graduate engineers

· Maintaining and operating the wastewater treatment plant, desalination plant and chemical systems, including regular lab testing · Training an Assistant Mill Chemist · Liaised with contractors to develop a prioritised feasibility plan for process improvements. · Quality control loop design for Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) unit and mill water system · Performed data analysis and optimised the mill water system by reviewing P&ID’s and conducting mass and energy balance analysis
