Anita Schopf

I was working as a marginal employee next to my studies in Entrepreneurship and Tourism at MCI Innsbruck. I supported the reservations department and the sales manager.

Marginally employed on weekends for various motor sport events at Red Bull Ring.

This was an internship at a 5* hotel in the Austrian Alps. I gained experiences in the Front Office Department being directly confronted with guests and with the daily routine at the Reception desk. Moreover, I was introduced into the program - Micros Fidelio - and the whole reservation system of the Zhero Hotel Group. I was told how to answer requests and write offers, moreover, I did the room allocation and gained insights into the the HRM.

I was responsible for all administrative tasks and the employee coordination at various events.

Part-time job while studying. Gained experience in various levels of service and occasionally at the front desk. In general I learned about how important service quality is.

Marketing Management

As a part of my Bachelor studies I traveled to Lismore - NSW - Australia. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
