This requires operating in a variety of databases e.g. SharePoint, Source, CSS, European Database, Reformulation tracker, Enginuity 4.8&15x, submitting MSDS request forms.

• Providing an efficient and kind service to every client in countries such as Germany, Switzerland and Austria over the phone in both German and in English • Developed excellent communication skills through dealing professionally with a diverse range of individual customers and suppliers • Complete data entry, either manually or using a bespoke scanning system when required • Data entry through SAGE which included inputting accurate information for both existing and new clients
