Working to expand resource mobilization, outreach and strategic partnerships of the IAEA's Programme of Action for Cancer Therapy (PACT) and other prority initiatives to advance global access to effective, quality and sustainable cancer diagnostics and treatment. #CancerCare4All. Everywhere.

Led Division to strategically engage with global financing mechanisms and provide effective support to countries in accessing and utilizing external resources for a targeted and evidence-based AIDS response. Played lead role in developing, coordinating and launching various UNAIDS high-level policy and advocacy initatives, e.g. "Fast Track Cities" and "Investing in Access to Medicines and Local Production in Developing Countries".

Led team to provide comprehensive support to UNAIDS country partners to successfully access Global Fund resources and effectively manage grants to achieve maximum results in responding to the AIDS epidemic.

Provided political, strategic, technical and organisational advice to the UNAIDS Executive Director and managed the team in the Executive Office during UNAIDS' leadership change and associated reform process.

Supported the development and strengthening of national HIV/AIDS Monitoring and Evaluation systems in Eastern Europe and Central Asia; collated and disseminated regional-level strategic information to inform policy and strategy on HIV/AIDS, including mobilization and allocation of national and international resources; led on the implementation of comprehensive National AIDS Spending Assessments throughout the region.

Managed EC social and health care projects in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova on HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, preventive and primary health care, health financing & management, anti-drug trafficking & control, social services for young people and provided policy analysis and advise in light of the EU enlargement process, provided M&E of EC projects

Provided technical support in implementation, monitoring and evaluation of projects funded and/or shared by UNAIDS in Ukraine and cosponsors; supported the Government in developing national strategies and implementing effective HIV/AIDS prevention activities; collaborated with bilateral and non-governmental organizations, led on fund-raising, project co-ordination and facilitation of relations with the media

Worked with German Agency for Development Cooperation (GIZ), Carl-Duisberg-Society, German Foundation for International Development, Friedrich-Ebert Foundation: supervised development projects in Southeast Asia; prepared and conducted training courses and study trips for experts from Vietnam, Indonesia and Thailand on Gender Planning, Project Management, Women's Economic Empowerment and Results-Based Organizational Management.
