Developing a Java Program for Return on Investment for Micromirror arrays. It includes theoretical analysis and studying the comparison of sunblinds and Micromirror arrays.
At Technological Electronics department of Institute of Nanostructure technology and Analytics (INA), University of Kassel, I gained knowledge and experience in fabrication of MEMS devices. I work inside the cleanroom and perform Photolithography, PVD, CVD- processes, etching in order to fabricate MEMS devices. The characterization of fabricated MEMS devices is another responsibilty that I hold.
