At EXL, I am responsible for Client Interaction, Market Research and Opportunity Analysis for US/UK. I bring in significant industry experience with my work in Marketing Domain. I am focussed at identifying the opportunities wherein we could provide assistance to the companies within the BPO and Consulting space. We provide high end F&A and analytical services with a blend of six sigma and process excellence. We also provide Risk & Advisory services to various organizations.

Based out of the head office at London, I took care of the business development through effective sales and marketing strategies and also assisted in various HR functions. Establishing and Managing company’s Customer Care Contact Center which resolves customers’ queries about the latest offerings and after sales customer services.

I worked as Process Incident Manager (process specific) for one of the premier UK General Insurance companies, Norwich Union Direct. I was involved in providing prompt solutions to the customers in regards to household claims while taking care of quality scores and the CPH.

I was involved in customer dealing and sales of Mobile Phone Contracts and preparing various HR reports, performing pay-roll activities, coordinating with the training and development department.
