Responsible for developing a product selection and cross-selling tool to support the global sales force. Main tasks consist of collecting requirements, working with a project team to define the data architecture, resources and preferred devices. Responsible also of designing the UX through the mobile GUI using wireframes and end user feedback.

Söderblom Design helps small and medium sized companies in Switzerland by creating Marketing products that brings them more business. We create Logos/re-design, Illustrations, Flyers, Business cards, Catalogues, Roll-ups, Newsletters, Web design, Campaigns and more. (Site is under construction)

I have been responsible for the implementation and run-mode of a Java based CRM application in Hungary, Azerbaijan and Italy. My role includes supporting 5 other Eastern/European countries. Main tasks are project management with budget responsibility, training of country key users, management reporting and release management. The role is a link between IT and the business.

As an entrepreneur I have learned about Social media strategies and how to market through Twitter, Facebook and YouTube videos. Also by creating podcasts, newsletter campaigns and exhibiting at fairs. The Annie’s Sushi company provides it’s customers with Japanese quality products, Free online video training and Events.

Project manager for various projects such as migrations/outsourcing of service center activities, new sales products and process improvement implementations. I played a major role in setting up the Scandinavian service center departments, with a total of 35 FTE initially recruited. Main tasks were managing stakeholders and tracking deliverables. Weekly reporting to senior management and analyzing key performance indicators.

Project management tasks/responsibilities for Citibank Barcelona Service Center´s departments in credit card migration project with Shell. Assistant Project manager of the Swedish Citibank´s business launch of activity readyness in the Barcelona Sales and Service Center.

Working on improving GUI (Graphical User Interface) usability. This consisted of tasks such as evaluations, comparative analysis, usability testing and prototyping. I was offered a fixed position after my internship but chose to transfer to Citibank.
